A purchase provides access to the specific content, service or subscription described at the time of purchase. Access to a particular pick or betting selection is considered delivery of the purchased information.

Once premium content or a betting selection has been made available to a customer, the purchase is considered fulfilled. Viewing, receiving or otherwise obtaining access to a pick constitutes delivery of the purchased content.

All purchases are final.

Sports Bet Advisor does not provide refunds for subscriptions, individual picks, premium selections, betting cards, reports or other paid content once access has been provided.

No refund will be issued because a selection loses, pushes, is cancelled, is changed by a sportsbook, or does not produce the result expected by the customer.

No refund will be issued because a customer changes their mind after purchasing, fails to use the purchased information, or does not agree with the analysis or selection.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law or the applicable payment provider's mandatory rules.

Sports Bet Advisor may use PayPal as a payment processor for subscriptions and other purchases.

Payment processing is handled through the applicable payment provider. Sports Bet Advisor does not store customers' complete payment card information on its own website unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers using PayPal are also subject to PayPal's applicable terms, policies and procedures. Where applicable, payment disputes may be subject to the rules and procedures of the payment provider.

Sports Bet Advisor may introduce cryptocurrency as an additional payment method after the launch of the website.

Cryptocurrency payments are considered final once the payment has been received and the applicable purchase or subscription has been credited to the customer's account.

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency, amount and network to the payment address provided. Sports Bet Advisor is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address, using an unsupported network, or otherwise sent incorrectly by the customer.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Customers should carefully verify all payment details before completing a transaction.

Where Sports Bet Advisor offers recurring subscriptions, the subscription will continue according to the billing period and terms displayed at the time of purchase unless cancelled.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and account information.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewal where applicable but does not create a refund for a current billing period or premium content that has already been delivered, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

Sports Bet Advisor provides information and opinions. The decision to place a wager belongs entirely to the individual customer.

Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and regulations governing sports betting in their location and for determining whether wagering is legally permitted.

Sports Bet Advisor does not encourage illegal gambling and does not guarantee or promise financial results. Customers should wager responsibly and never risk money they cannot afford to lose.

Where an account is required to access premium content, customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Account access may not be sold, transferred, shared or redistributed without the written permission of Sports Bet Advisor.

Sports Bet Advisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized sharing, abuse, fraud, payment disputes, attempts to circumvent access controls or other violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Sports Bet Advisor content, including articles, editorial material, betting selections, analysis, graphics, branding and website content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to premium content does not transfer ownership of that content to the customer. Purchased information is provided for the customer's personal use and may not be copied, republished, resold, redistributed, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Sports Bet Advisor makes reasonable efforts to keep the website and its services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Website access, content availability and services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems, third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sports Bet Advisor and its owners, contributors, editors, employees and service providers are not responsible for losses arising from betting decisions, wagering activity, financial losses, sportsbook actions, market movements, incorrect or delayed information, website interruptions or reliance on information published through the website.
